REFUND POLICY

Before requesting for any form of exchange or returns, kindly ensure that your item doesn't fall under the list of Non-Exchange and Non-Returnable products:

Due to the delicate nature of our products, majority of our products will need to be checked and inspected in-store by our customers personally before we finalise any transaction. After which, there will be strictly no refund and exchange as The Earthkeeps Shoppe will not be held responsible for any damages done to the products after the final inspection in our store.
